Early Childhood Educators (Diploma Qualified)

You’ll plan and deliver engaging learning experiences, and create a safe environment to nurture each child’s development. All our educators are required to hold a relevant qualification and a current Working with Children Check.

Support Staff (Casual)

Whether it’s assisting with activities, joining excursions and facilitating events, helping to prepare and serve meals, or maintaining a clean and safe centre environment, our support staff are an invaluable part of the Teddington Bears community.

Kitchen Team

Our on-site kitchen prepares fresh, balanced meals and snacks every day. If you love to cook for children, and you’re experienced with managing dietary needs and maintaining strict hygiene standards, we’re eager to hear from you.

Volunteering at Teddington Bears

Our Culture

Teddington Bears is a boutique early learning centre in Burswood with a warm, homelike feel. Our programs blend pre-literacy, pre-numeracy, and STEM experiences with music, art, gardening, and nature play.
