Which age groups do you cater to?
We welcome children from 6 weeks to school age across three programs:
- Infants (6 weeks to 2.5 years) enjoy calm, sensory-rich spaces.
- Toddlers and Preschoolers (2.5 to 4 years) explore with curiosity and creativity.
- Our School Readiness group builds skills for a smooth transition to primary school.
All programs follow the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards, ensuring children reach crucial developmental milestones in a safe, homelike early education setting.
What does a typical day look like?
We open from 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Days include STEM exploration, outdoor play, music, art, shared meals and quiet time. Some days are special, involving excursions, guest visitors or cultural celebrations. But every day is full of discovery.
Educators adapt activities to each child’s energy and interests so there’s always a balance of learning and rest. Learning, play and care go hand-in-hand, with high educator-to-child ratios ensuring we’re able to provide the attention that each child needs.
Is Teddington Bears an approved provider for the Child Care Subsidy?
Yes, we are an approved Child Care Subsidy (CCS) provider in Perth. This means you can access Government subsidies to reduce your out-of-pocket childcare expenses.
